Mingoo Seok received the Bachelor degree with summa cum laude in electrical engineering from Seoul National University, South Korea, in 2005 after graduated from Seoul Science High School. He received the M.S. and Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 2007 and 2011, respectively. He joined Columbia University in 2012 and is currently an associate professor. He received 2015 NSF CAREER award. He served as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers and currently serve as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Very Large Scale Integration Systems (TVLSI) and IEEE Solid-State Circuits Letter (SSCL). He is a technical committee member for several conferences including IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC) and ACM/IEEE Design Automation Conference (DAC).

Postdoctoral researchers

Linfang Wang received the B.S. degree in microelectronics science and engineering from the Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an, China, in 2019, and received the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and solid-sate electronics from Institute of Microelectronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2024, He has been a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at Columbia University since September 2024. His research interests include in-memory computing (IMC) circuits and systems and low-power machine-learning hardware.

Jieyu Li received the B.S. degree in Microelectronic Science and Engineering in 2019 and the Ph.D. degree in Electronic Science and Technology in 2025, both from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China. She has been with Columbia University as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist since May 2025. Her research interests include variation-tolerant digital circuit and system, and energy-efficient domain-specific hardware accelerator design.

Jinho Park received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), South Korea, in 2017 and 2022, respectively. From 2017 to 2020, he was a Research Officer at the CBR Defense Technology Directorate in the Agency for Defense Development (ADD), South Korea. He is currently pursuing Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering at Columbia University. His research interests include algorithm-to-hardware co-design for ML and neuromorphic computing.

Mosom Jana received his Bachelor and Master of Technology Degrees (Dual Degree) in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in 2022. From 2022 to 2024, he has worked at Qualcomm India as a Modem Digital Design Verification engineer. Fei Song received the B.E. degree in optoelectronic information science and engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in 2022, and the M.Phil. degree in microelectronics from the University of Macau (UM), Macau SAR, China, in 2025. From June 2025 to January 2026, he served as a Research Assistant in the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University, Beijing, China.
